Fill up the tub with some bubbles and get in for a nice soak. Relax your muscles, try to clear your mind and breathe. Blast some music, read a magazine or two and enjoy yourself.
3. Pick out your outfit
Choose an outfit that you'll feel comfortable and confident in. Make sure it’s not something you're going to have to keep adjusting. If you tend to sweat when you’re nervous, try to wear lighter and looser fabrics.
4. Get your smile ready
One of the best features someone can have, is a great smile. Give yourself a good brush, freshen your breath and do a quick whitening treatment. A bright, white smile is the only accessory you’ll need. If you're running low on time, pair this step with your bath or prep time. Whitening is easy and hands-free.
5. Plan enough time
Give yourself enough time so you don't feel rushed. Pour a drink, turn on some tunes and enjoy getting ready.
